Born in Baradero, Argentina, Monica Mayer came to the United States in her early twenties. Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
She has travelled extensively through South and Central America and the Caribbean islands working as a translator for an aircraft broker company based at the Executive Airport in Fort Lauderdale, facilitating business-level transactions for South Florida executives.
Monica is entrepreneurial at heart. She has years of experience in the art of visual communications, specifically in the sign industry, where she became a Signs by Tomorrow franchisee owner, overseeing all levels of operation.
Today, she is a freelancer designing and producing signs & graphics and working as a marketing and sales consultant with Retail Business Owners.
Monica is a former president of Women of Spanish Origin (W.O.S.O.), a not for profit group. W.O.S.O. helped students achieve their dreams by raising funds for tuition and various other college expenses.
Most recently, she became part of Women’s International Holistic Council, a non-profit organization founded by Dr. Elizabeth King, WIHC is dedicated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and children through education, mentorship, personal development and philanthropy.
Monica is a member of a book club focused on continuous self improvement and personal growth readings and the co founder of a cooking club, where the members meet monthly to share the healthy and creative ways to enjoy the art of eating.
